    From when your product arrives at our door, the timer begins. We'll gently unbox your product, turn on our studio lights, assemble our specialist crew, and if you've booked a model, they'll be there too. Once your footage is shot, it'll be uploaded to your Vidi account where you can view it, download or share. All in 48 hours.

    When you order multiple products through the Vidi-form, you get automatic discounts! All you have to do is just select the quantity of products you want Vidi to shoot. Now, if you're looking to send more than 10 products, we suggest getting in touch with our friendly sales team, for a quick and custom price.

    If you're sending your product in the mail, the maximum size we’re able to shoot is 1m tall and 1m wide — and no more than 15kgs in weight.

    There are exceptions for larger items, in the case that you'd like to drop off your product to Vidi directly, or if you organise a courier for drop-off and pick-up. This is pretty popular for our furniture customers.

    Vidi currently accepts items from Australia, United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Singapore, Japan, China and New Zealand. So if you've got a product, and you want quality video and photo content. Just send it our way!

    As much as we’d like to, we unfortunately can’t control what happens to your product when it’s with the postal service or other shipping providers.

    We recommend choosing a shipping provider with reliable tracking and signature confirmation. If you’re concerned about shipping your product to us, remember that if you choose to have us ship your product back to you, we’ll use Priority Mail.

    Our team does their best when shipping products back to you to make sure your items are safe and secure, but accidents do happen when dealing with shipping carriers. We do not keep original boxes and do our best to package items that keep them safe and secure.

    That being said, if you’re sending us fragile items or unique items that require special packaging, we highly suggest purchasing insurance and sending us pre-paid shipping labels to make sure your products are protected in transit. If you’re shipping us wine, please send us pre-paid shipping labels with the necessary insurance and shipping requirements. We are not responsible for lost or damaged items and cannot refund you for the cost of your products or the cost of shipping.

    All Vidi videos are shot in 9:16 vertical aspect ratio, so they're a perfect fit for all the mobile platforms you're already using. Instagram. TikTok. Facebook. Snapchat and more.

    After delivering your photos, we’ll wait up to 7 days for any feedback or adjustments. After 7 days, we’ll either ship your products back or donate them, depending on what you selected at checkout. If you want to order additional videos or photos of a product we already have, please let us know within 7 days.

  • What kind of usage/license comes with the videos and photos?

    You have a perpetual, worldwide copyright license to use your videos and images for any use as long as it does not violate Vidi's Terms of Service. We do retain the right to use the videos in Vidi marketing materials and communications.

    Unless specifically requested otherwise, we’ll remove all tags, plastic wrap, and packaging from your product. If you do not want tags removed, add in your order notes that you do not want tags removed. Please note that we cannot remove tags through editing.

    Certainly! Make your choice on the order form and we'll have this all organised for you. Please note that if you're sending multiple products and you've selected a model to feature with the product, the model will feature with all products.

    Can you tell me more about how you shoot apparel?

    Sure! For apparel, we provide the option of shooting your product with a hand-model, model or on its own. If the product is being shot on its own, it'll need to be hung by a clothes-hanger.

    We can shoot flat lay as requested but this must be included in your initial order notes. If your clothing is unisex and you've chosen to feature a model, please specify whether you want your apparel shot on a male or female model.

    Each seller is different and it’s hard for our photographers to know the details of your product. If you have specific requests about the fit of the clothing, please include them in your initial order notes.

    For sizes, please send us mediums.

    We are not able to shoot perishable goods at this time, but we can shoot drinks or alcohol in their original packaging.

    Once you've completed the order form, you'll be given a shipping label with a tracking number. This also allows us to know when your product is arriving.
